well my analysis is pretty simple

NR really can't do *volume* because
unless it's done in conjunction with a controlled *take up*
NR *risks* losing control of IPIX's (stock) PPS

edit >> to say nothing of Mgmt's ability to again surprise at any time going forward

this is why every take up since last May's reset and June's upside surprise
of name/cusip/ticker change .. has been *reset* right back down

so again NR faces the dilemma of an ever rising daily reg sho % (again
imo it's not the day by day that matters .. it's the pattern NR has to *report*
over weeks/months and Innovation's case .. years) aligned with decreasing
*liquidity* because when NR takes a PPS too low and actual investors can't
be *persuaded* to sell .. volume declines

this is why i've always noted *volume is key* .. because of what it actually reveals

NRs' minions' mock pattern recognition .. especially on poorly watched and always manipulated OTC targets

while life offers no guarantees .. i like the risk/reward ratio this OTC survivor offers
