100% agreed. SB is failing delivering on some of his promises because on not having right people or lack of key organization departments. He is trying to run the company in a lean and limited resources to cut the overhead. But with so many contracts inked and many more to come and 50%profit margin I think he can pay for few key members. He is bringing a lot of money to company but lack of CEO experience is showing. I don't think he even realized what he has done last couple of days in regard to shareholder values.

On positive note, I think the deal with Dubai is done. As per his shl they are going thru terms and condition. This the way I have contracted out many projects in my last 20 years as a manager. Folks we have deals with Dubai.
