For what it's worth; QMC just renewed their Nevada corporate registry (which was about to expire) yesterday:

I know this is a recent transaction because I just checked it +/-2 weeks ago.
I know it's not much, but it is a pre-requisite to filings & seems to at least indicate they're still interested in continued biz operations & an eventual return to filings compliance, otherwise, why bother.
