I think CDEL is in on it too.....OR, they’re just about done. The OS was around 20 million, increased 48m to 68 now... average conversion price was .017 meaning they need to issue 58.8 million to China partner SMI. We have about 10 million to go, UNLESS part of the 20 mil was already part of the conversions. This doesn’t bother me as SMI is a partner, not an investor. They will hold these shares as they are the ones manufacturing for GTHP and have an active $50 million contract. As far as I’m concerned it’s like the shares moved from one treasury to another. They will be “locked” leaving very little in the float.
