Morons kept adding undercut ask .0004s after the .0005s had started. This then caused iHub mentality people to panic and whack the bid at .0003 if they could still get a profit.
.0003 bid rebuilding - back up to 262M already.
111M left at .0004 now from 1-tick flippers.
