In other situations we have been reliant upon third parties to do what they pledged to do. In every one of those situations our reporting was accurate. Unfortunately in this world we cannot hold a gun to someone’s head and force them to do that which they committed to do. We now have an opportunity to implement a plan that is not reliant upon others for success, but only reliant upon us. We have eliminated a significant variable. I challenge you to name one instance in which we have misrepresented facts or have made false or inaccurate statements. This was an allegation made years ago by others and examined by FINRA. We supplied FINRA with all requested information and documentary support within hours of their requests, not the days that they allowed us to use, but within hours and the examination went no further. So by all means, please specify your concerns.
