Mary - or anyone - how is LAM debt cleared?
According to the annual fins, the net settlement was for $886K.
The first tranche of 40 million shares was issued to LAM on 10/5/17 and were sold during November 2017 for net proceeds of $149,828. That leaves $736,172.
The second tranche of 40 million shares was issued to LAM on 1/22/18. Since they waited an entire month to sell the first tranche, we could still be sitting at $736,172 still owed.
Best case scenario: Assuming that 45% administrative fee continues with each tranche and IF that entire second tranche of 40 million shares was sold since 1/22/18, we are still still north of $600K owed (due to the PPS since the issuance).
If someone disagrees or sees something I am missing, please respond.
