It is really alarming if you can't buy on-line. Really BIG RED flag.
My experience on the day on-line store PR came in.
They had "Quantum Dot Film for Indoor Horticulture" listed as available (mistake?) and I placed the order successfully.My CC got charged, but then they fixed the website showing "coming soon" emailed me informing the non-availability and returned the money back to my CC. It was a fully working site back then.
If I remember correctly "Solartech" ordered Some QD (per his post on other board)and was excited to build the QD solar panel at home, wonder if he ever received the Order?.
