Within the Press Release is the intimation that 1) There is mining equipment OWNED by Pershing Resources that can 2) Extract precious metals 3) Using 'NEW' technology or a revamped method of existing technology (sonication) that will 4) Produce increased amounts of precious metals that will 5) Provide a small (but significant to share holders who have waited a long time for ANY precious metals to be processed and sold) amount of capital to the company.

Did I mention that this Press Release is about TWO YEARS OLD??? Did I also mention that there has never been mention by Pershing Resources that ANY amount of Precious Metals has ever been sold? I suggest interested investors or potential investors review the history of the company.
