Nunes doesn't agree with you, so you won't see the Dem memo at the same time as the GOP memo.
The Dem memo is twice as long as the GOP memo, so there's nothing 'obvious' about it having 'more holes'.
And now Nunes is reputed to have made some changes in the memo.
