TD is trying now to say that there are zero and never was a single NSS transaction against ARGY or TREATY.
The lies don't get any better than that whopper .

The truth is if the company has a chance to recover in a real way, we will see a HUGE surge in price and volume.
Anything less and TD will look correct.
The OTC is tough enough as it is for small companies.
I remember a case where a single investor bought the entire float and the stick still traded regularly like no problem
