Ø Incorporated in Wyoming and a subsidiary of StrikeForce Technologies with separate management. 
Ø StrikeForce will license its security products (ProtectID, GuardedID and MobileTrust) to BlockSafe Technologies. 
Ø BlockSafe Technologies to develop additional product(s) and features. 
Ø Products address two markets – 
o Securing private blockchains (govt, enterprises and industry consortia) o Securing crypto wallets of end users 
Ø Funds are intended to be raised via three rounds – 
o Seed (up to $2 M) – Current target in discussion: Debt at 8 % interest + equivalent 
amount of tokens 
o Pre-ICO (up to $7.5M) Current target in discussion: at 50 % discount to ICO offering o ICO (up to $50 M) 
o All funds raised will be either in private placement of unregistered securities or, when registrations are permitted , the company may choose to engage in a registered offering directly or through a licensed Broker/Dealer.
