Ya I'm a promoter, I've never seen free share or a penny but I have wasted probably several years of my life on this.
Honestly like trump said last night to look within the government agencies ( SEC) and ferret out the bad apples.
There wouldn't be much left.
The SEC is not all bad but they have allowed OTC fraud to go unchecked and destroyed capital formation for thousands of companies , have not protected investors one iota
