Exactly! We can think of it this way - we didn't hire R&G to take the case, have them do their DD and then want to walk away and say no thanks just kidding let's call it a day. We may have got something. It is not guaranteed because obviously if there is something, it is not disclosed in the 8K we see. However that is not to say that there is not anything. And "very well" to me means there was/is a benefit. Benefits can mean many things. What does it mean, what is it, and what can it be in the future? I don't know but we can't accurately say right now that we are 100% sure that there is no benefit or nothing in it for SFOR. A notion like that would just be ludicrous IMO.
