When this panel of 3 experienced Patent Attorneys review the brief submitted by Ropes & Grey and after looking at the ridiculous ruling of the judge in the SA case....I would not be surprised if they ruled in StrikeForce's favor immediately and dismissed the case as a waste of time granting StrikeForce triple damages!
Keep in mind that with each settlement, where any infringer continues to use StrikeForce's Technology, this will also result in increased revenues.
