I suppose the Feds would have to identify TD first .
They probably do not know TD real identity.
TD says not hallin or anybody even involved in the business. That leaves only 1 place for TD interest and that is hedge fund accomplice/representative/owner
And since that is most likely the case , The case can be made for dissemination of lies , slander, libel , and theft or an accomplice to theft.
Hiding behind that moniker is a thief
My bet is TD is going to disappear once the ball starts rolling backward toward TD
The idea is appealing to me
