I think there are lots of fallacies in that reasoning.
I greatly respect the great research you post, and the way that you have refuted the bashers with facts at lieHUB. But this whole thing about the short interest is diverting attention away from IPIX, and I think that until people started complaining about the FINRA number being posted, no one paid much attention to it. I simply do not believe that anyone who ought to be investing in a biotech stock is going to be scared off by the number, or think that it means that all the short trades are long-term ones rather than daytrading. But, the constant boring arguing certainly MIGHT drive people away from this board.
Sox, you are with some strange bedfellows on this, because most of the people who are most virulently opposed to the FINRA number being posted are bashers. TIAB, LR, allDone, etc.
