I'm not sure how the First Amendment comes in, except that you don't understand that it has nothing to do with the documented horseshit that is being dropped by Fox News, and their ilk.
They are free to do it, government can't restrict it, but the rest of us are free to call it for what it is. Which is what the article I posted, and my comments, accurately did.
