Francois for example RJDG was late with their 10K by about
45 days and NEVER even filed an extension but otc status
only changed from CURRENT to YIELD about 30 past the
due date before it went back to CURRENT when they filed.
So obviously there is some latitude otc markets
gives companies before they change its status.
In ONCI case since they are being AUDITED I would think CEO SB
is keeping the otcmarkets abreast of when they plan to file
which CEO has said is JAN 31.
