From my understanding both Gerry and Harrington left because it's too demanding to be on this company's board because of what they do in their professional lives, nothing to the extent that they didn't feel confident about the company. Both or one of them were awarded shares as well.

I'm sure if a consultant knew a company was full of shit they wouldn't accept shares as compensation for their time.
