Question...... Why am I constantly hearing on the other board that people are holding owcp pps down? Is there any truth to this or are these posters misinformed? Seems like they have been for the most part going down for the past year. I don't personally believe it's manipulation right now, I think we are just waiting on news. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
