Great seeing the first weekly SHL issued as promised. While it only covers the BB program it still confirms what was addressed at the SHM. SHL's don't need to address every issue under the sun but can be specific in nature. The next SHL could address the Board approving by-laws on reduction of A/S from 499mil to 250mil as approved by SH. Easy enough. How about who is the Chairman of the Board or NTEK CEO? Would be nice to know and easy enough also.
