NTEK SH's need to gain a better understanding of "returning shares to the treasury" and "retiring" shares as it relates to the NTEK BB. NTEK is "returning shares" to the treasury to be used for executive compensation and retention and also possibly as a means to ward off the potential of a hostile takeover.

Returning shares to the treasury will still reduce the O/S and as the BB ensues will therefore also increase SH ROI as time goes on. Its all good !!

Since NTEK is already promising weekly SH updates and there has been some confusion on the part of SH's regarding the parameters and benefits of the BB, I would love to see NTEK expound on the BB in one of the weekly SH updates.

So will NTEK be purchasing shares on the open market during the BB? Would there be any alternative way to purchase shares for the BB other than on the open market given this will not be a tender offer?
