Alan, if I see a crime I'll report it. But the difference is you are speculating a crime. Since there's no actual evidence of large naked shorting in IPIX, you use daily short volume as 'evidence'. If that's true, would the criminals be that stupid to leave incriminating evidence in the FINRA file?
If I'm shorting IPIX, I would love to tell other people there's a large short position every day so they are afraid to buy. On the other hand, if I'm shorting IPIX, I would hate other people to see the following post.
