"IMO, DECN needs a Board of Directors that has more than 2 people of which one is Berman, the DECN CEO. The current BOD lacks numbers as well as the necessary skillset in marketing, sales, ecommerce, PR, etc. and execution. IMO, the shareholders interests are not being protected by the current BOD - Berman and his crony."

1. Messrs. Berman and Jagunich together have 85 years of experience in the in-vitro diagnostics industry.
2. Both of these men have skills sets different than AC143 / billdecn who's only claim to a skill set is that he was a U.S. Marine. P.S. so am I, but I went out and laid claim to a real skill set.
Message to billdecn / AC143. Call the cops. Call the SEC. Call the Delta Force. Call the FBI. Have at it butthole.
It appears that the continued stock ownership by billdecn / AC143 is regime change. Bring it on. Nothing would please me more than to see the company turned over to a U.S. Marine without a skill set.
