Yes it is true,but probably 80 percent of otc is UNREGISTERED with the SEC because it's cheaper to file with OTCMARKETS than to keep up with 8k,10q etc..

But if we are getting audited then I would say after we uplist to QB the stock will be registered with the SEC

UNREGISTERED does not mean free shares which is what the bashers try to say
