Barchart uses only the chart's technical indicators and does not take into account news nor upcoming streams of revenue, as it can't. That being said, sentiment, news and revenue will eventually make its way into (onto) the indicators once investing as opposed to selling begins. Which only makes sense.
That being said,,,'here we go',,, this time next week I fully expect Barchart to have a solid 'Strong Buy' attached to ONCI (or maybe HEXA)
