$ONCI That '100% strong sell' is the opinion
of Barchart
I am pretty sure that uses chart indicators only
which you can see when you go there.
I Would give it a strong "hold"
based on the chart pattern of a bottom support
and knowing that all their Prs will have an effect
off of a bottom whatever it is. If that bears fruit
it will be a huge bounce.
I labeled it "bottom support" on my post.
