Neither I nor Martha Stewart were ever on Parole.
There are no restrictions on Probation about having anything to do with a Public Company unless specifically stated in a sentence
Her agreement to not serve as a member of a public company for five years was a voluntary agreement between her and the SEC to settle her insider trading case and was not part of her sentencing form the judge in her criminal case.
Those are the facts and are easily verified unlike the misinformation on this subject that has been previously posted.
