Bashers are not necessarily shorts. Maybe they work for companies which have been infringers of SFOR patents. They have to bash if they cannot get a better paid job from somewhere else. If they are stock traders, all they need to do is forgetting SFOR, picking the ones they believe with great potential. Why waste time with a stock they believe no future, and waste time every day for months or years?
