No question Novel is increasing their value by leaps and bounds. Novel will be happy to get that 10% from Elite and Elite needs money to take care of its debt and have funds to help with BE trials and purchase more Andas. A win win situation and why I think the sale will happen. Now if Elite can help itself fund even a part of their Phase III Eli 216 trial....that is a pure bonus.

IMO this is the reason why Elite has not pulled the trigger on the Socius deal.
