Re: Coat Tail Rider #3614
Exploration permit, no problem, though Kyle does struggle through the process. The recovery permit is the issue. Even if obtained it is very restrictive, but the FBAR doesn’t have a very good track record issuing them. Sinclair requested a recovery permit on Area 2 in late 2014. Where is it?
Kyle says they’re on the wreck in Area 1. Where’s the recovery permit? In fact, where footage of the wreck?
Spending 3 1/2 years to find a buckle and some wood might be impressive to some, but I prefer the gold coins myself. Plus a share structure in the 10’s of millions is far more appealing. That’s just me. Build a company and work your way up.
There is NOTHING in their reports to the FBAR that suggest they’re on a wreck. And according to Dr. Baer he said they are on a scatter.
We’re on a wreck. Coins worth $5 in the 1830’s are worth $10’s of thousands today. A few hundred of those puppies will fund a bigger project.
