Do people really think these investment firms want a straight up cash reimbursement for their loan? It's not a bank where you have to pay back a loan over X amount of time with interest. These investment firms weigh at the risks and want in with equity/shares. They want to be a controlling interest in a company and with RMHB this is an opportunity to put them at a Goldman Sachs level.

250,000,000 shares is not that significant. I'd say it's a great deal for both of us. When I saw in the amendment there is only 1 billion shares outstanding and under 300 shareholders, I was VERY pleased.
