You're REALLY WRONG, really. This dilution has been accounted for by those of us truly invested, as we've known of it since the awesome news of their $12 million financing arrangement.
The terms are great, they tap it only when they need it, and it'll be used to create robust growth of the company and it's brands. That is exactly what we want, and what you're referring to as "no good" is exactly how start-ups make that happen.
Not sure about your intent here just yet. You created your alias 1 week ago, and your first post is negative and inaccurate. Hopefully that's only because you were unaware of the progress taking place. If your a basher, we'll know. There are a lot of long term investors here.
