If one of the Big 4 is going to sue DECN for some sort of IP infringement, make them work for it. Don't just give it to them. The traditional way that these IP infringement cases start occurs when the supposed Plaintiff buys the product in the open marketplace and says oh my god we're in deep sh*t. Wouldn't you agree that Mr. Berman is better off using current company resources to bring the product to market, rather than using the same money to fight again in court against a bigger richer pharma company?
