I posted a chart and said OWCP should head up soon. Didn't pay attention to see if anybody else posted it but wouldn't be surprised... The chart keeps repeating since October.
So, was replying to tnc26 because he said, "Based on what? On thin air?" ... Which was surprising based on his post history of acting like he has been calling ups and downs for months. Now all of a sudden when the chart is posted, he didn't see that? SMH.
