Your "casual observer" doesn't realize that CTIX is a REAL company with real breakthrough cancer technologies and other significant compounds . . . they think this is one of those "pump and dump's" like the other 9 on the list. CTIX will get through this phase too, perhaps with an uplist or dramatic share increase that will make it far too expensive for the penny people to play....
