So we've got ourselves 60 days to wait on an awesome appeal to read (or less!), but we're pretty confident that whoever is writing the darn thing, they'll probably take most, if not all of that time.

At least we know where we stand to getting back on track with our lawsuits. I'm imagining the day that the appeals court over-turns the CA ruling and how we would go ballistic over that. All in good time, I suppose.
