I'm thinking Elite knows that the Novel sale will probably happen around the end of March (which is my suggestion), and to keep the lights on as well as to keep any ongoing studies moving forward they needed this extra ~350k from EPIC to happen. Not to mention if we are currently about to start any additional studies at the moment. Hopefully we get a little insight in the upcoming CC.
