Grasshopper, Nipro bought the old Home Diagnostics, once a darling on Wall Street. But the HDI CEO got himself on the wrong side of the SEC and was forced to sell out. One of the things this guy did, was he used message board posters to pump HDI stock in order for unregistered inside sales to take place.

I know quite a bit about HDI products. If this were 2010 I would say that they are top notch. Now, they are dated. However, Nipro is different because they employ a private label model.
