If individuals were selling, it would be more worrisome long-term to me than note holders selling. These lenders are not interested in the company, the notes are designed to give them profit no matter what. They deal with every kind of these penny stocks, scams and potentially legit, so they are calloused to the story I imagine. They get the shares and they sell them ASAP I imagine, they likely never even consider holding them for better profit.
