Can someone that really understand stock structure and company value tell me based on the outstanding shares including all the options(I think these count towards valuation, if not learn me something), what would a $10 billion deal actually equate to in in stock price? Please no uneducated guess or ridiculous "I think"... Someone that understands how it is calculated with the shares that haven't been exercised(that will undoubtedly be exercised), the shelf... ect. Thanks in advance
