I am just guessing but I would think that having over half the O/S vote accounted for on a penny stock is a very high percentage. Most of the accounted for shares were derived from this board and old communications with NTEK. There is not way to tell if there are a lot of short shares unless the system accounting for them were done with assistance from the broker agencies. It is just my opinion but I think these numbers show that there could still be a very high number of short shares.
