As for 'flushing the rest'? Seriously? 11 million? Logistics, please. Costs to round up store, feed and transport?
How about the optics. Enough Amtrak 'stock' or do we need freight cars? Will the forced 'boarding' of those cars, utilizing uniformed and armed personnel, remind the world of anything?
