Others are more insightful when it comes to L2, but my observation was that VNDM moved to cage between .005 and .0055 around start of power hour. Saw other MMs stacking up between there but in small sizes. Not long after that VNDM dropped its bid to .003 and the drop to .0039 was within a couple minutes or so.

VNDM never adjusted after that.
