Sounds like you are buying BTC first, then selling for Eth, then transferring to Binance for XRP.
Can you not buy XRP with USD through Binance and not have to hassle with the above scenario?
Transferring to a cold storage wallet like Nano S is always a good idea. I'll post my conversation with David Scwhartz on the subject.
