I think you're right, that statement in the s-1 seems more as an indication he intends to keep this moving forward and avoid going back to Pinks, it's more of a safe harbor type deal? Hanks has been an honorable CEO, I don't think he would screw investors over on purpose. Sometimes it happens, but I don't think it would be his intention, it's still a long ways away. Maybe 15 days out we should worry. He sends out info and/or news pretty much every week or two weeks, maybe three, we got many of those ahead.
