Sure seems we have a low volume conflict between bashers/traders and investors upon us. Unfortunately, it plays out in this message board and only shuttering the doors or documenting execution of the business plan will solvent. Until then its hard to understand if traders and/or investors are rinse/repeating the stock, some entity is dumping shares or folks are just plain giving up and selling in favor of the better short term stock market opportunity.
We know the role of bashers/traders…personal attacks against the company and its officers; company moves to slow-better opportunity elsewhere; alternative facts about the company, its officers and products; selfish interests intended to exploit others, it’s just a trade-not a company, no skin in the game – in fact, no skin at all - - ill steal from my own mom to make a buck, and the list goes on. What motivates this camp – paid posts or short term selfish interest. Definitely an offensive posture and win at all costs mentality – not how you win, but just win.
Investors look to help capitalize the company on hopes of greater returns in the future. Many types including angel, institutional, retail, etc. They buy into the plan, challenge leadership to execute, monitor progress, follow up with management all in hopes of greater reward in the future. Not looking to turn a dollar in the short term but rather waiting for multiple dollars in the future. As it plays out in message boards, these types tend to take a defensive posture in defense of the compony
Companies like DECN are ripe for this type of struggle. Under capitalized, pre-start-up mode, competing against giants and generally fighting for survival. Many before have succeeded and many have failed. I see the struggle at DECN soon ending or at least for me. The playbook is documented and now its game time. Results will trump all.
This is not an Amazon, Microsoft, P&G, J&J type investment. Its speculative and you enter into these investments knowing you could lost it all or realizing huge gains. To me this is like investing in an early stage biotech company. Unlike our friend Pluto, it is ultimately about the share price (or better market capitalization). The difference is – bashers/traders want it now and prey on shareholders emotions as to why its not now - - whereas investors look for significant future appreciation based on their own timeline.
Ive been in DECN for nearly 4 years. I’m ready for the company to validate my investment. The dance floor was cleared in many ways last year. I think its time for DECN to dance. I think it will happen this year.
