It is interesting that some folks do not seem to appreciate what a fine job Leo has done in limiting the dilution of IPIX shares. Aspire appears to have been a good fit for the company. Some claim that dilution is responsible for where the price resides today. I disagree. In my opinion longs have easily absorbed the roughly 8 million shares per year dilution during the last 31/2 years. (It should be noted we are assuming Arruda sold shares into the open market but that might not be true at all. ( He well could have transferred shares from his name to other family members and friends.) My thinking is bolstered by a steady stream of good news coming from the company.
Additionally one doesn't need to be a rocket scientist to see numerous aliases bashing the company 24/7. Does anyone honestly believe they are not being paid for this? Does anyone believe they actually own or have owned shares save a handful of traders?
No question Aspire and perhaps Arruda have provided some selling pressure which would counteract some but not all of the buying pressure.
I hope everyone took a look at the information I posted yesterday which provided a history of volume and price. It is telling. We are fortunate that we have savvy management and awesome science which will overcome those trying to destroy our investment and IPIX and perhaps get its science on the cheap. Let them eat cake. I remain confidant Leo will stand tall for both the science and the IPIX shareholders and deliver a great deal for all.
Go IPIX!!!
