Movie attendance hits all time low and may get worse in 2018.
Could the times be changing???? Is Home Theater the reason ????
Is the VIP treatment by bringing the comfort of home with comfortable reclining leather seats coupled with wining and dining that the theaters are offering not working???? Are consumers concern of possibly being the next fallen victim of the next terrorist attack in a dark theater ????? I bring this point up because over the holiday season I went to see a movie at a local AMC Theater. It’s the first time I noticed such a lengthy safety announcement making you aware of all the exit location and making sure you aware of your surroundings and in case of an emergency to exit quickly out of one of the closest exit and out of the building....
it was kinda of a eerie feeling.
